We work with our trades and advise payment dates aligned with pool build stages and your schedule. You'll pay a deposit to secure your build slot, with subsequent payments due at key milestones (e.g., after excavation, concrete, finishing). This ensures you only pay as work is completed.  
Missed payments dates will affect your schedule.  

We work with reputable quality trades that provide their own specific warranties in your name. As an extra service we keep a record of all your invoices and warranties so you only need to contact us if you need a copy. 

Minor adjustments can often be accommodated. However, significant changes may affect timeline and cost. We'll always discuss implications with you before proceeding with any modifications.

Absolutely. We offer a range of heating options (solar, heat pumps, gas), the latest in pool lighting options and can integrate smart automation systems for controlling pumps, lighting, heating, and more from your phone.

While we can't control the weather, our efficient scheduling means we have buffer time built in. We'll keep you informed of any weather-related impacts and adjust schedules accordingly. Significant delays are rare thanks to our planning approach, however major weather events can impact schedules.
